G's 1st Gymnastics 'Meet'

So, a few weeks ago, when G was still 4, she had her first Gymnastics 'meet.' (I say 'meet' because it was for all of the girls that aren't on a competitive team yet.)  She's been doing gymnastics since about 22 months old, and has really enjoyed it & seemed pretty naturally inclined, so we've stuck with it.  When she turned 5, they put her in 2 invitational-only classes, twice a week.  It's really fun to watch her do something she enjoys, & see how proud she is when she accomplishes something new!  She was the tiniest one out there, but she acts like such a 'big girl!'  ;)

They also did the floor & the vault, but pics didn't turn out as well for those.

Overall, she got 5th place for her age group.  All of the athletes received crowns, ribbons, a certificate, & a medal.  She was pretty happy!
