Yesterday was one of the best days in a long time
for our family.
-----------------------------------
We received an email from our agency stating
that we finally have our
1st Wait List Number for Honduras:
We are #185!
We are so excited. This has been a long time coming. We *should* have been on the list MONTHS AGO, but things in Honduras are moving SO very slow. Our dossier has just been sitting there. for. months. But we are thankful to finally & officially be on the waiting list. They are still 'estimating' that our wait in to be matched with siblings from Honduras is about 3-4 years. I anticipate much longer, but I also serve an incredible, almighty Lord that can do the impossible. So who knows?! :)
We are 2 papers away from finishing our intro packet for our Haiti adoption. (One paper for me, one for Cuban Daddy to do.) He should have his complete by the weekend. Then we can submit those to our agency, Dillon. We'll then begin our Home Study. Yay & yay!!!
-----------------------
There was other really, REALLY exciting news that occurred yesterday.
But, you'll have to wait on that one. ;)
Thank you for all of your prayers. I know that they have had a hand in getting us this far. We couldn't do it alone.
Excited is an understatement,
~ 6 in Love ~
